All intellectual property rights associated with our services, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and content, are owned by EACC. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Payment Terms:
Payment terms for our services will be agreed upon before the commencement of any project. Late or non-payment may result in the suspension of services.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refund policies vary based on the nature and progress of the project. Details will be provided in the service agreement.
Liability:
EACC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Clients are encouraged to review project milestones and timelines regularly.
Termination:
EACC reserves the right to terminate services if there is a breach of these Terms & Conditions. Clients are entitled to terminate services by providing written notice, adhering to the agreed-upon termination clauses.
Governing Law:
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which EACC operates.
Changes to Terms:
EACC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.

What to include in the T&C document
Accreditation and Certification:
EACC Euro-Arab Chamber of Commerce® explicitly states that it does not provide accreditation or certification to any organization. Our role involves the assessment and evaluation of organizational systems, but it does not imply an official endorsement, accreditation, or certification.
System Evaluation:
EACC conducts assessments to examine the systems and processes within an organization. This evaluation is intended to provide insights and recommendations for improvement. The findings do not translate into formal accreditation or certification by EACC.
Impartiality and Independence:
EACC maintains impartiality and independence in its evaluation processes. Our assessments are conducted objectively, and our evaluators are committed to avoiding conflicts of interest that could compromise the integrity of the evaluation.
Information Accuracy:
Organizations undergoing evaluation should provide accurate and complete information to ensure a fair and comprehensive assessment. Any misrepresentation or omission of crucial details may impact the accuracy of the evaluation.
Limited Liability:
EACC is not liable for any consequences, losses, or damages arising from the absence of accreditation or certification. Organizations should not represent themselves as accredited or certified by EACC based on system evaluations.
Confidentiality:
All information obtained during the evaluation process is treated with the utmost confidentiality. EACC does not disclose proprietary or sensitive information without the explicit consent of the organization undergoing assessment.
Communication of Results:
The results of system evaluations will be communicated to the organization in a clear and transparent manner. Recommendations for improvement may be provided, but these do not equate to formal accreditation or certification.
Use of EACC's Name:
Organizations undergoing evaluation should refrain from using EACC's name, logo, or any reference that implies accreditation or certification without explicit written permission from EACC.
Termination of Services:
EACC reserves the right to terminate evaluation services if there is a breach of these Terms & Conditions. Any findings or results obtained up to the point of termination will be communicated appropriately.
